Let’s Talk About Experience..

The best type of storytelling experience I have is from social media itself. One of my favorite platforms is none other than….. YouTube! I think it’s such a unique way to deliver content and nowadays that’s the main source of reviews, ideas, and conversations.

YouTube, for me, is somewhere I go when I want to see vlogs. Vlogs are the best, I think it is such a creative way to see how and what people are doing. There a several people I watch the moment a new video is released and at certain points you are emotionally drawn to them.

Let’s Focus….

My groups topic of focus is High Country Fungi (Winter Farmers’ Market producer) and we will be interviewing Avery Hughes. I am very excited to be able to interview Avery since I don’t really know much about fungi.

However, I think it is going to be an interesting topic since readers will be able to learn about so many uses that fungi can have.

Wanna Learn…..

I am excited to learn how to really find content that is going to interest people and also produce content that is going to really keep the reader interested.

For me, I think creativity is going to play a huge role in storytelling on social media, I really want to stay around from being “basic”.

Challenges….

So with digital storytelling I really have a fear of not knowing what to post. I don’t want to recycle content but I also don’t want to create things that aren’t relevant.

With that said I want the reader to be consumed in what they are reading, I want them to read it and feel something after it and remember it.
