VSCO is a photo tool that I use regularly when wanting to just edit a picture. It's kind of like Instagram but the key difference is that there isn't much interaction with users, the whole idea of "likes" is gone. All you do is upload a picture to your account (you don't even have to post it, you can just edit and save right to your camera roll), then start editing. The app is free and has a lot of ways to edit it including presets which they are known for. They have various different presets that are free along with many that you can access with purchasing them. You can also adjusted the tone, skin color, clarity, exposure, etc with the app.
